How To Consign

First Time Consignor

  • Bring with you up to twenty (20) freshly laundered items (minimal scent), checked for pet/cooking/smoke odours/cosmetics/antiperspirant/toe marks that you would like to consign. It only takes a few minutes, however if it is a particularly busy day or a customer requires assistance you may be required to wait. Please be prepared to spend 10-15 minutes.
  • We will sort through your items while you shop, (this is only when setting up your account) and select items for consignment based on our clients demands. Please be prepared to have items returned to you or donated on your behalf at your appointment. Please understand that our customers’ preferences and our current inventory must be our selection guidelines. This isn’t a personal decision, but a business one. Please be kind to our staff.
  • Once items have been sorted, we will create a client profile for you to start investing in yourself, adding value to our community and a little extra spending money too.

Regular Consignor

  •  Simply pop into the store and put your bag inside your assigned bin.
  • Label your bag with your full name, phone, email and consignor number.
  • Bring up to twenty (20) items (seasonal appropriate clothing, footwear and accessories) All items must be in excellent resale condition, clean, freshly laundered (minimal scent) and folded neatly in a bag.
  • We do not accept drop offs in bins or black garbage bags. These will be declined and returned.

 

It is important to us to provide the highest possible quality of designer and brand name clothing, footwear and accessories (handbags, jewelry, etc) for the current season. Items that sell best are brand names purchased within the last 3 years.
